If goods is damaged or broken on arrival you can return the goods to us, damages should be reported within 7 working days starting from the day after you received the goods. Please provide us with photographic evidence of the condition so that we can see if we can send a replacement part out to you.
If you’re unhappy with your goods and wish to return them, to do this you must notify us within 7 working days by email after receiving the goods. Please see Terms and Conditions for more details. You the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We will email you a price for the return of the goods you ordered, alternatively you may seek a quote for a courier to return the goods. We cannot accept back for a full refund any item which has been incorrectly assembled causing a fault or damage, or modified in any way including, without limitation, painting or treating with chemicals; or any goods that are bespoke, made to your specification or have been personalized.
As wood is a natural product and is susceptible to changes in the external environment. Wood contains natural defects, for example; knots in wood. Any swelling, creaking or warping due to adverse weather conditions will not be construed as a defect and therefore will not be covered by any guarantee.
